Return and Refund Policy
Personal care products, cosmetics, spa treatments, skincare products, dietary supplements, dry food, and snacks are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges
Our store reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges, except under the following specific circumstances:
- Incorrect Item: The item received does not match the buyer's order
- Expired/Expiring Item: The item received has an expiration date of less than 6 months from the delivery date
- Damaged Item: The product arrived damaged or with opened factory packaging
Required Proof for Exceptions
If any of the above issues occur, the buyer must provide a continuous, unedited live video recording of the parcel being opened as proof of condition immediately upon receipt
7-Day Return Window
For eligible exceptions, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us at info@herbsskincare.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and correct it
14-Day Return Policy within the European Union
Notwithstanding the above: If the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days upon received in case of following:
- Incorrect Item: The item received does not match the buyer's order
- Expired/Expiring Item: The item received has an expiration date of less than 6 months from the delivery date
- Damaged Item: The product arrived damaged or with opened factory packaging
However, to qualify for a full refund under EU regulations for hygiene and perishable goods, the item must be in its original packaging, completely sealed, unused, and accompanied by the required unedited video proof of the parcel being opened upon receipt. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days
Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@herbsskincare.com
