General Information
Our products are carefully selected to meet the preferences of customers from different countries. All products offered on this website are authentic, made in Thailand, and certified or approved for sale in Thailand as required by applicable Thai regulations. This does not imply approval for import or sale in other countries.
This website promotes our Nature & Herbs skin care store in Thailand. We operate from Thailand and have no sales agents or business partners outside Thailand. We do not act as the importer of goods into the destination country.
For international orders, we hand purchases over to Thailand Post or, upon the customer’s request, another courier for delivery to the buyer’s or recipient’s address. We charge no additional commission for arranging this service; shipping charges cover the carrier’s transportation costs only.
Pricing
All product prices displayed are net retail prices and do not include VAT, other taxes, or shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination country.
Important: Any import duties or taxes applicable at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Nature & Herbs Skin Care is not liable for any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery to the destination country.
Minimum order: 1,500 THB The minimum order value is calculated from the total product value before discounts and excludes shipping. Products may be mixed freely. If an eligible discount reduces the product total below 1,500, THB the order still meets the minimum.
Buy More, Save More
Available to all customers. No discount code is required.
5% off when you buy 6 or more units, in any combination of identical or different products.
7% off products when the product subtotal reaches 5,000 THB.
10% off products when the product subtotal reaches 30,000 THB.
15% off products when the product subtotal reaches 50,000 THB.
Discounts apply automatically at checkout. Only the highest eligible discount applies. Spending thresholds exclude shipping.
All spending thresholds are in Thai baht (THB) and are calculated before discounts. Discounts do not apply to shipping and cannot be combined. There is no scheduled end date.
Order Processing
- Retail orders: Usually processed within 2–3 business days.
- Large and wholesale orders: Usually processed within 3–5 business days.
Weekends and Thai public holidays are excluded.
Note: Large orders may require additional time depending on manufacturer and supplier availability, peak-season demand, and other operational factors.
Import Restrictions
Before placing an order, please ensure that the selected products and their ingredients are permitted for import into the destination country and are not subject to any restrictions.
Regulations regarding import restrictions, prohibitions, and permits depend on the laws of the specific country. The buyer (importer) bears full responsibility for compliance with these requirements.
Please note: Decisions regarding customs clearance are made by the customs and other authorized agencies of the destination country. Nature & Herbs skin care cannot influence these decisions or guarantee their outcome.
Import regulations vary by country. Buyers should independently verify whether the import of cosmetics, food products, dietary supplements, liquids, aerosols, or plant-based products (including their ingredients) is permitted, and check for any applicable customs duties and taxes. The customs authorities of the destination country make the final decision regarding the admissibility of the goods. Neither the seller nor the carrier bears responsibility for the buyer's choice of goods for import into the destination country.
International Shipping
Postal Service (Thailand Post)
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order's total weight and current Thailand Post rates.
- Delivery Time: 5–30 business days, depending on destination.
- Maximum Weight: 20–30 kg per shipment, depending on the destination country.
- Oversized Orders: Orders exceeding the weight limit will automatically be split into multiple shipments.

Order Tracking
Your Thailand Post tracking number will be provided within 1–2 days after your parcel is handed over to Thailand Post. Tracking information may take 2–3 days to become active.
Alternative Shipping Options
Shipping via DHL, TNT, FedEx, or UPS may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us before placing your order so we can request a shipping quote for your specific shipment. These services are quoted separately from the Thailand Post rates shown at checkout.
Air Cargo (Wholesale & Bulk Orders)
For wholesale buyers or large orders of 45 kg or more, we offer worldwide air cargo delivery — with faster transit times and competitive rates compared to standard postal service.
